Your registration on libra.ids.com.lb allows you to purchase Libra users and start using Libra Financials ERP. Packages are available on a yearly basis only. You will be reminded by email when the subscription date of any of your users is near to expiry.
By choosing the Free Trial option, you agree on the following terms and conditions.
You will no longer have access to this period once it expired or you choose to shift to purchase option. If you do not take any action, your payment will be processed and the trial period will be terminated.
You may only use a free trial once. You can choose to cancel the trial period any time.
During the trial period, you are allowed to add only 1 user. You can add more users, once you become a paying user.
Your payment details will only be used to process your payment at the end of the trial period. When payment is processed or you choose to cancel your subscription, all data will be removed.
IDS has the right to terminate or modify your free trial at any time without prior notice.
LIBRA Customer Support team provides online training sessions on different Libra modules. One free training session is provided per module. The provided session(s) will be recorded and shared with the team for later reference. The training is provided by qualified and accredited trainers. The sessions’ format is ONLINE. Onsite training is possible at an additional cost.
Our team will contact you to schedule the training sessions when you activate your account.
Our team will provide one free training session per module (for registered users only). Users are invited to the training based on their profiles on the website.
Online Training session cancelation must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the session start time. Cancellation should be requested by email to email@example.com
The number of sessions, as listed in the packages’ details on the website, will be offered for free. Pre-recorded training videos are also available on our YouTube Channel. Additional online or onsite training sessions requested by the client are subject to additional charge.
When you sign up for an account for your organization you may specify one or more administrators. The administrators will have the right to configure the Services based on your requirements and manage end users in your organization account. If your organization account is created and configured on your behalf by a third party, it is likely that such third party has assumed administrator role for your organization. Make sure that you enter into a suitable agreement with such third party specifying such party’s roles and restrictions as an administrator of your organization account.
You are responsible for (i) ensuring confidentiality of your organization account password, (ii) appointing competent individuals as administrators for managing your organization account, and (iii) ensuring that all activities that occur in connection with your organization account comply with this Agreement. You understand that IDS is not responsible for account administration and internal management of the Services for you.
You are responsible for taking necessary steps for ensuring that your organization does not lose control of the administrator accounts. IDS shall not be liable for any loss or damage to information cause by misuse of roles and permissions.
You can make use of IDS support services to control user and access rights by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the absence of any specified administrator account recovery process, IDS may provide control of an administrator account to an individual providing proof satisfactory to IDS demonstrating authorization to act on behalf of the organization. You agree not to hold IDS liable for the consequences of any action taken by IDS in good faith in this regard.

Postponing the renewal till after the expiry date will automatically disable the user from accessing Libra platform. When all user accounts are expired, registration on Libra platform is considered terminated and action will be taken to deactivate the company data.

Personal information you provide to IDS through the Service is governed by IDS Information Security Policies. IDS identifies personal data as any type of information that identifies a natural person such as name, nationality, gender, religion, passport number, ID number, address, bank account, social security number, financial number, salary, unique fingerprint, face recognition, and unique login credentials- username and password. IDS shall only use personal data on a need-to-know, need-to-use basis; our access to personal data shall be restricted to highly authorized personal and for a limited period of time.
Using our service shall hold you responsible for protecting and maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and other sensitive information. You are responsible for all activities that occur in your user account and you agree to inform us immediately of any unauthorized use of your user account by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us on any of the numbers listed on ids.com.lb/contact-us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to you or to any third party incurred as a result of any unauthorized access and/or use of your user account, or otherwise.
Content, logo and other visual media available on Libra website is the sole property of IDS and is protected by copyright laws.
Libra Financials ERP is fully developed and owned by IDS, and is registered under Intellectual Property rights at the Ministry of Economy and Trade, Lebanon.
In the case of abuse or intended misuse of any of the websites covered by this agreement, the abusive user account and accounts of related users will be terminated by IDS at its sole discretion.
